PERMANENT R.V. SITES

A Yearly Lease must be signed to be eligible for a Permanent R.V. site rate.

A First Month, Last Month and Security Deposit are due before moving in.

The Monthly Rate for Permanent R.V. sites starts at $271.00 per month and it includes water, garbage and sewer. A $30.00 fee will be added to your monthly payment only if there is a washer in the unit to offset extra water expenses.

Rent amount for Permanent Residents does not include electric, which is paid directly to Florida Power & Light by the tenant.

All R.V. Sites have 30/50 AMP service, full Hookups, and lawn maintenance is included.
